We gratefully accept donations of:

All donated goods are sorted and distributed to individuals and families through our community outreach programmes.

Donation Receipts

Receipts can be provided upon request for financial donations. Please include your contact details when making a donation so we can acknowledge your contribution.

Refund Policy

As donations are voluntary and are often used shortly after they are received to support our programmes, financial donations are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Hesed Mercy.
